Ready to ship designs will be packed and shipped in 1-2 business days. 

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY COSTS:

• For orders under $100, standard Parcel Post is $10 or you can choose  Express Post for $14.
• Standard Parcel Post shipping is free for orders $100+ 
• Express Post shipping is free for orders $200+

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY COSTS:

We'll deliver your order to most major countries from Australia via Standard International Parcel Post. Express Parcel Post is also available for most destinations.

Shipping costs for international orders vary depending upon your location.

• New Zealand shipping starts at $18 and is free for orders over $150
• For other destinations shipping starts at $25 and is free for orders over $150

All international parcel deliveries come with tracking. Check the delivery times above for current estimates of how long it will take for your international order to arrive.

To determine if we ship to your country and what the cost is, use the shipping calculator in the shopping cart. During checkout you'll be given the total cost of your order, including shipping costs, after you enter your address and before payment.

Important: We don't offer shipping to every country, although we do to most major destinations. Use the shipping calculator on the cart page to see if there is an available shipping rate for your country. Contact us if you have any questions.

Australia

Below are delivery time estimates for Australian states as advised by Australia Post:

• VIC: Parcel Post 2-4 days | Express Post 1-2 days
• NSW: Parcel Post 3-5 days | Express Post 2-3 days
• SA: Parcel Post 3-5 days | Express Post 2-3 days
• QLD: Parcel Post 3-6 days | Express Post 3-4 days
• WA: Parcel Post 5-8 days | Express Post 3-4 days
• ACT: Parcel Post 3-6 days | Express Post 3-4 days
• TAS: Parcel Post 3-7 days | Express Post 2-4 days
• NT: Parcel Post 4-8 days | Express Post 3-5 days

Important: Estimated days are business days only (Mon-Fri), excluding public holidays (We are in Victoria so some of our public holidays may differ to yours)

Delivery to regional and rural areas in Australia may take longer. To get a more accurate estimate for your destination visit Australia Post's calculator and use postcode 3931 Mornington as the 'from' location.

International

These are estimates from Australia Post for International Deliveries and are subject to change:

• New Zealand: Standard Parcel Post 8-12 days - Express 4-8 days
• USA: Standard Parcel Post 6-10 days - Express 3-7 days
• Canada: Standard Parcel Post 6-10 days - Express 3-7 days
• Major European: This varies by country, but it is roughly around 8-14 days by Standard Parcel Post and  6-10 days by Express
• UK: Standard Parcel Post 6-10 days - Express 4-8 days

Important: Number of days are business days only (Mon-Fri), excluding public holidays in Victoria and your order destination. Some deliveries can take up to four weeks to arrive.

 

LATE OR MISSING ORDERS:

If your delivery does not arrive within the expected timeframe then you are welcome to contact us but please take these steps prior to doing so:

• We always send a shipping confirmation email once an order is sent. Please check your spam folder if you haven't seen the email. It will contain a tracking link for almost all orders. Click on the link to see the current status, which should give you an idea of where it's up to in the process.
• We recommend you review the delivery times above to see how long shipping to your destination is estimated to take. Count the number of business days (Mon-Fri) that have elapsed since shipping to see if it really is taking longer than expected. You can also check the Australia Post website for any known delays by viewing their international updates or domestic updates page.
